If business is characterized and necessitated by Knowledge, Temper and Time (KTT), Shri Ravindra Singh was born with in-built KTT. He was born in a very small village Bohrapur District Kushinagar in a farmer middle-income class family. He is the youngest son amongst five. His father Late Mr. P.H. Singh was a simple and ideological man. His mother was caring, traditional and God fearing.  Shri Ravindra Singh is always keen to take high calculative business risk with great vision. He has the ability to visualize the future needs and move in time for the growth of the company and welfare for the organization as well.

Inspite of Law Graduate he started his career as Medical Representative with his gifted insights, marketing capabilities and imaginative modus Vivendi, he first launched his own company MORACEAE PHARMACEUTICALS in the year 1994 at Gorakhpur, U.P. (India) with small amount of Rupee Ten Thousand only. He helped the organization to adopt a working culture of ceremonial standard where sense of frolics and enjoyments has strong presence. A great and firm believer, follower of her own ethics, values, crafts and principles. She is the Director of the Company. She moves selectively and meticulously on pre-fixed, preset, well planned and defined path ensuring hundred percent achievements of assignments. She is a postgraduate from Lucknow University, has a vast experience in this field.

Her responsibilities in the company include to execute raw material and packing material purchases, co-ordination between marketing and production for stocks availability with continuous process of locating good vendors, rates negotiations, in-time supplies of material and also equally involved in reconciliation of stock of finished goods, raw material and packing material. She is highly energetic, enthusiastic and enterprising. Always keen to develop and control most sophisticated and stable systems related to manufacturing and marketing activity of pharmaceutical products. Great negotiator, as she has earned herself a reputation amongst major and minor suppliers of pharma industry. Not confined to her major role in the company she participates in every activities of the organization and likes to guide to systemize and develop them to the best benefit of the organization. Capt B.S. Tyagi (Retd) started his career from Indian Army in  Intelligence corps and serve about 32 years color service and retired in April – 2001. Soon after retirement he got the opportunity to joined as a security officer / Public relation officer in - 2003 in Moraceae at Lucknow and worked there till February – 2006.

He is also involved in preparation of written procedure and other document including amendments related with production and manufacturing department. He also carries out liasoning with FDA authorities and implementation of regulatory requirements in entire plant.

In February 2006 he was shifted to Sitarganj Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand, for foundation of our unit and when factory starts its production in June 2007 he was promoted as the General Manager of the company. His responsibility is to look after all the government machinery mainly drug office (including 16 other government offices).
