FACTORY & PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT
	Mr. VIVEK SAXENA – MANAGER PLANT He is B.Sc. graduate and having a experience of 25 years in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing. He is plant manager and involved in following activities:- He holds the responsibility for complete product planning, scheduling & organizing as well as for complete preventive maintenance program. He also monitors and controls the manufacturing environment, plant hygiene, recruitment and training of production personnel including the application of principle of quality assurance and GMP.
To ensure that product are manufactured and stored according to the appropriate documentation in order to obtain the required quality. To prepare the instructions and procedures relating to production operations, including the in-process control, and to ensure their implementation. To ensure that production records are evaluated and signed by a designated person before they are made available to the Quality Control Department. To ensure the maintenance of the department, premises and equipment. To ensure that the appropriate validation exercise are carried out for process, system, Equipments, areas etc. at a pre-decided frequency and the records are maintained. The preparation of written procedures and other documents including amendments. related with Production & Engineering Department.

	Mr. ARUN KUMAR SINGH – MANAGER QUALITY CONTROL He is B.Sc. graduate and having a experience of 22 years. He is involved in activity related to Quality Control. To prepare the instructions and procedures related to production operations, including the in-process testing & quality control, and to ensure their strict implementation. To ensure the maintenance of the department, premises and equipment. To ensure that the appropriate validation exercises are carried out for process, system, equipment, areas etc. at a pre-decided frequency and the recor-
ds are maintained. Monitoring and controlling the quality of incoming raw materials, in process testing of produce at different stages, final testing of finished products, to keep records of testing and tested materials including to upkeep of the manufacturing environment, plant hygiene, training of production personnel including the application and principles of quality assurance and GMP.

	Mr. SACHIN SRIVASTAVA – MANAGER PRODUCTION He is B. Pharma graduate and having an experience of 7 years. He is involved in following activities:- To ensure that product are manufactured strictly as per Master formula and stored according to the appropriate documentation in order to obtain the required quality. Monitoring and controlling of the manufacturing environment, plant hygiene, training of production personnel including the application and principles of quality assurance and GMP. To assist in inter dept. audits and implements the audit findings.

He is involved in assuring the quality control, materials testing equipments,machines and processes are well maintained and finally that the quality of the products manufacteured are assured one .To further ensure that product are manufactured strictly as per Master Formula and stored according to the apropriate documentation in order to obtain the required quality .
